How TWICE concert tickets actually work — from the US
The honest version: by the time you see the tour announcement on Twitter, you're already late if you're not already a ONCE member. Here's what the timeline actually looks like, and where US fans hit walls.
The presale system in one paragraph
ONCE ONCE membership (via JYP NATION) on JYP NATION online membership portal. ~$31 USD (37,000 KRW) per cycle. Annual, fixed window every January (1/3 to 1/24, give or take a day depending on the year).
Payment notes — JYP NATION handles its own payment — KCP for KRW, PayPal for USD as of 2024. PayPal route adds a small fee but bypasses KCP entirely. Most reliable of the major-group payment systems for international fans.

Annual ONCE renewal (January)
SmoothRoughly January 3–24 every year. JYP NATION sends an email reminder to existing members; new sign-ups can join during the same window.
- D-90D−90
Tour / comeback announcement
JYP NATION email notification — usually arrives a few hours before the public Twitter post.
- D-75D−75
ONCE presale code
Personalized code emailed; also viewable in the JYP NATION dashboard. Codes are tied to the email, not transferable.
- D−60
ONCE presale window
SmoothJYP runs longer presale windows than HYBE — typically 5–7 days. Less stressful, more deliberate.
- D−30
Public sale
AnnoyingTicketmaster (US), Interpark (Korea), local promoters elsewhere.
- DShow day
Show
TWICE shows are 2.5–3 hours; doors 90 min before.
Editor's noteThe January-only renewal window is the trap with TWICE. If you decide in March that you want to see TWICE in October, the only path is public sale or resale — fan-club presale is locked until the next January.

How we verified this
We track ONCE membership (via JYP NATION) renewals manually each cycle and cross-check official Weverse / agency posts against US-fan Reddit threads on r/kpop. The ONCE presale numbers above reflect what worked in 2024–2026; they will drift. We re-verify before each major tour cycle and post the updated date in the timeline above.
