What you can write to us about
K-Event Calendar is a small operation, and we genuinely want to hear from our readers. The most useful kinds of messages we receive are: event tip submissions (you saw a comeback announcement before we did? please tell us), corrections (we listed the wrong venue, the wrong date, the wrong agency? we want to know immediately), partnership inquiries (agencies, ticketing partners, travel companies, K-pop merch shops with a quality offering — feel free to pitch), guide requests (an article you wish existed? we keep a running list of reader-suggested guide topics), and general feedback (what works, what doesn't, what feature you wish we had).
What we can't do
A few things we are unfortunately not able to help with: getting you concert tickets (we are not a ticketing service — please use the partner links on each event page), connecting you to a specific idol or agency (we are an independent fan project, not affiliated with any agency), responding to urgent media requests within hours (we'll do our best to reply within a couple of business days), and reviewing leaked or unconfirmed information (we only post events confirmed by official channels).
Privacy
Your contact information is used only to reply to your message. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your email to a third party, or store your message in any analytics or tracking system. After we've replied (or determined no reply is needed), the message is archived in our internal inbox. Read our full privacy policy for details.
Response time
We aim to reply to every email within 3 business days. Time-sensitive event submissions usually get processed faster — we monitor those continuously during typical comeback announcement windows. Holidays and weekends can delay replies by a day or two.
